Victoria is a somatic and mindfulness-informed coach and co-founder of Healing Arts Center, a veteran-owned wellness practice in Virginia Beach. With specialized training in trauma-informed somatic practices and nervous system regulation, she works with veterans, military families, and anyone navigating stress, overwhelm, or life transitions. Her approach focuses on helping you reconnect with your body's signals and build capacity to regulate your system when life feels overwhelming.
