Have you ever tried to meditate and walked away more frustrated than relaxed? If sitting still and "clearing your mind" has never worked for you, you're not alone, and this class offers a gentler way in.
Somatic meditation begins in the body instead of the mind. Together, we'll slow down, settle the nervous system, and gently turn toward what you feel, with no clearing your thoughts, no doing it perfectly, and nothing to get right. When the body softens, the mind tends to follow.
This is a beginner-friendly class, and you're welcome exactly as you are. You'll be guided the whole way through, free to move, rest, or simply listen. You'll leave feeling more settled and grounded, with a simple practice you can take home with you.
No experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early.
