Nurture Your Nervous System: The 1-Hour Session
This sixty-minute session is dedicated time to help your body and mind find a lower gear. When stress accumulates over time, the nervous system can get stuck in a state of chronic activation, making it difficult to relax, focus, or feel present. This session addresses that directly.
Using a combination of somatic practice, breathwork, guided imagery, and meditation, you will learn practical tools for nervous system regulation that you can apply in everyday life. Each technique is evidence-informed and designed to work with your body rather than around it.
One of the most immediate benefits of somatic practice is its ability to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of the body responsible for rest, digestion, and recovery. When the nervous system is given the right conditions, it naturally begins to shift out of a state of stress and tension and into one of greater ease.
