Our natural state of mind is peaceful, calm, and clear. Most of us just rarely get to experience it that way.
Anxiety has a way of pulling us far from that place. Through the practice of meditation we can learn to quiet what has been loud, settle what has been restless, and from that space experience our relationships, our work, and our daily lives in a more meaningful way.
