Victoria will guide a yoga nidra meditation, a deep relaxation technique that induces a state of consciousness between waking and sleep. You'll be guided through a series of breath and awareness practices, body scans, and visualizations to deeply relax your nervous system and create optimal conditions for rest. The experience will conclude with a writing exercise and, upon request, Reiki can be included at no additional time or cost.
