Healing begins within. This full day certification is designed to take you from the practice of self-restoration to the compassionate art of supporting others. Before you step into the role of a practitioner, you will first be grounded in your own healing.
Part 1 | 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM We begin with the body and mind connection. You will learn how to use Reiki as a daily tool for nervous system regulation and stress reduction, focusing entirely on your own energy through hand placements and grounding practices that create a deep sense of inner calm.
Part 2 | 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM In the afternoon we expand outward. You will receive the Reiki Level 1 attunement, opening and strengthening your energetic channels. From there you will learn the ethics, boundaries, and hands on techniques needed to share Reiki with friends, family, and clients.
