Returning to Aliveness: A 60 Minute Introduction to Somatic Practice
There are moments that remind you what it feels like to be fully alive—the sun on your skin, the waves, the laughter of a young child.
And then there are the other moments—the ones that accumulate. Feeling stretched too thin, wound too tight, or too burned out to find your way back to yourself. This class is for everyone sitting somewhere in between.
What this Class is About
This sixty minute session is dedicated time to help you unclench and settle. Using a combination of somatic practice, breathwork, guided imagery, and meditation, we focus on practical tools that work and that you can take with you.
We look at the connection between your mind and body and how your nervous system handles stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. The goal is to help you learn how to move through emotional energy rather than get stuck in it and find your way back to a clearer, more settled state.

Self-Regulation Tools: Learning tools for nervous system regulation you can use on your own.
Stress and Tension Reduction: Reducing chronic stress responses and tension that have built up over time.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you are running on fumes more days than not, this class was built with you in mind. No prior experience with somatic work is needed. Come as you are.
