The Somatic Breathwork Journey

Do I need any prior experience with breathwork? No. This class is designed as an introduction, and is open to complete beginners as well as anyone with an existing practice.
Is this class a substitute for therapy or medical treatment? No. This class is an educational, experiential coaching offering. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or mental health treatment. If you are currently working with a therapist or medical provider, this class can be a complementary addition to that care, not a replacement for it.
What should I bring or wear? Comfortable clothing you can breathe and move in. Some people like to bring a water bottle, journal, or blanket for after the breathwork portion.
Is this class appropriate for everyone? Somatic breathwork involves deep, active breathing, which is not appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, a history of seizures, or are currently in an active mental health crisis, please reach out to Victoria before registering so she can help you determine if this class is a good fit.
