Conscious Decluttering
This simple yet powerful definition captures the essence of conscious decluttering - looking beyond physical spaces to examine what drains our mental and emotional resources. Unlike traditional decluttering that focuses on organizing material possessions, conscious decluttering invites us to identify and address the invisible factors that deplete our energy. Whether it's relationships, habits, commitments, or thought patterns, this mindful approach helps us recognize what truly serves our wellbeing and what quietly diminishes it.
