Before becoming a somatic coach, I was a teacher. I worked with kids, but just as often, I worked with their parents, many of whom came to me saying, “My child needs to learn how to calm down.”

What I saw over and over again was this: when parents learn to calm themselves, the child follows. Regulation is relational, and it starts with us.

That realization shaped the foundation of my work.

Somatic tools became life-changing for me, not just professionally, but personally. They helped me recognize how burnout was showing up in my life. They helped me feel more confident making decisions, showing up on camera, and moving forward on things I used to put off because they didn’t come naturally to me. Instead of freezing or doubting myself, I started to move with clarity.

I now support clients in finding that same sense of steadiness. My work helps people feel more regulated, seen, and capable of moving through fear without shame or awkwardness. It is a space where you get to pause, feel, and notice—without judgment.

You don’t have to be calm to begin.
You don’t have to get it perfect.
You need a place to start reconnecting with yourself.

That’s what I offer.
